Step 1: Once we have received your package it will go through quality control and you will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.

Step 2: Refunds will take 5-10 working days to clear depending on your bank provider. You can also request store credit which will be activated immediately.

Step 3: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Policy

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange. Returning/exchanging a purchase could not be simpler.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Our refund policy allows 14 days from receipt of items to notify us of your intention to return. This applies to both full-priced and sale/discounted items purchased online. After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the item(s).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and obtaining proof of postage, as this will help expedite your refund process.

Specific Conditions

Full-priced items: Eligible for refund or exchange.

Sale and discounted items: Eligible for refund or exchange under the same terms as full-priced items when purchased online.

Defective items: If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@trendyandbendy.com. We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective merchandise.

Refund Process

Refunds will include the full purchase price of the item(s) and standard delivery costs. If you chose an expedited or premium delivery option, we will refund the equivalent of standard delivery costs.

If you are returning only part of your order, delivery costs may not be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning non-defective items. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item was defective or incorrectly described.

Shipping valuable items: If you are shipping an item over €75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Proof of return: We advise keeping your proof of postage until your refund has been processed, as this may be required in case of delivery issues.
